Framework Media was tasked with creating it's first Flash-based product selection tool.

The product selectors created for Lytron allow engineers and designers to enter head load and other thermal application parameters, and receive a listing of products that will work for that application. This has allowed the sales process to flow from the web site to the printable fax quote sheet that the product selectors generate. A side benefit is that this efficiency has allowed applications engineers to focus on the more complex thermal problems.

Success of the initial heat exchanger selector led to additional selectors for each of Lytron's additional product lines, cold plates and chillers. In the case of the chiller product selectors, true product configuration capabilities were added, allowing users to choose various options, with compatibility rules continuously checking to be sure that the options could be ordered together.
